Go Horned Frogs

The Fiesta Bowl was a lot of fun this year. I had the TCU horned frogs. My cheerleaders were great. I had a dance squad, all girl cheer squad, AND a co-ed squad. There were so many kids (yes I call them my kids) but they were all so wonderful.

Their mascot was the strangest looking thing I have ever seen. Apparently they are horned frogs which is a frog that took over the stadium in Texas back in the day. I guess they look like mini dinosaur things and shoot blood out of their eyes. Who knows all I know is SuperFrog is one freaking lookin' thing!

Tabby and I had a great year. It is crazy to think this is my 7th year with the Fiesta Bowl. I love every minute of it!

2010

Happy New Year!!! I spent New Years Eve at Trader Vic's with Brittany and some of her good friends. There were many drinks and so much laughter. It was a great night!

Matty helped dress B and me. I LOVED my outfit. Matty said my outfit was like some word Heidi Klum says on Project Runway. It was so fun to dress-up!

HAPPY NEW YEAR

A lot has happened...

It has been SO long since I have posted anything so here is a quick recap of the last few months through pictures...

My beautiful friend Megan got married in October. She had such an amazing wedding so full of love and joy. I am so happy for her and Bradley but so sad that she had to leave for Georgia just after her honeymoon.

I had the opportunity to see so many wonderful friends at this wedding. I of course took my token date...my brother! We had so much fun. This picture says a thousand words.

Since I have been working SO much I only was able to go to one ASU game. It was an awesome game and I was actually paying attention enough to see the winning touchdown!!!!

Even though I didn't actually graduate from NAU I went to homecoming this year. It was so fun to see old friends and make new ones too.

You know you are getting old when you run into the girls you used to babysit at the bar!

Luke had quite the birthday this year. It was his first birthday he was able to go out for. We celebrated for an entire week!

Gift of the year: Better-Go-Getter

One of the highlights of my year was the opportunity to go to LA to watch the taping of So You Think You Can Dance!!!! Stef and I left late Sunday night, stayed in an AMAZING hotel, and watched the taping of SYTYCD. I love LA, Stef, and SYTYCD...what could be better!

We went out for Rob's birthday. Tobey Keith's was frequented a number of times by these lovely ladies...love them!

I had a wonderful year full of joy, laughter, struggles, and tears. Overall I had some amazing people standing by me through it all! I am a lucky girl.

Go Cards!

Last weekend Stef and I went to a Cardinals game. They played the San Diego Super Chargers! (I sang that in my head...you know what I mean Stef!) I have been to games at the marshmallow stadium but have never been to a Cardinals game. We had a ton of fun.

One of my favorite parts of football season is nachos. Stadium nachos are the BEST. I had a small mishap with the nacho cheese and had a wardrobe change after halftime!

GO CARDS!!

Lil' Weezy F Baby

So every once in awhile someone comes into your life that changes your life forever. Lil' Wayne was that person for me. :) Okay really I don't know him and don't agree with all he does or says but regardless I love him! Luke, Tiffany, Stef, and I were brave enough to go see Weezy F himself at Cricket. He was amazing...like no joke he is a really good performer.

All us girls showed up wearing virtually the same outfit. While we all looked similar we looked NOTHING like the rest of the crowd. In order to fit in we should have worn skin tight, animal print, super short dresses with 6 inch heels.

Luke loves Weezy F almost as much as I do so he came with us girls. Thank goodness he was there to be our bodyguard.

It was an experience. We had a ton of fun but I am not sure I will attending anymore rap concerts any time soon!
